A Cheesemonger's Ploughman's

Available Wednesday to Sunday from Midday throughout Spring and Summer. A proper British board, built from the ground up with care, flavour and a bit of swagger.
Six considered components, each chosen by His Lordship to bring joy, balance, and plenty of cheese
-
The Cheese Choose one or two from His Lordship’s counter — up to 60 British cheeses on offer, from traditional Cheddars to washed rinds and young goats. Even a whole Cornish Camembert, if the mood strikes.
- The Bread Thick slices of Rye Bakery’s white sourdough, delivered fresh each day. Crusty, chewy, naturally leavened and made with locally milled flour.
-
The Butter Brue Valley Salted Butter, sliced from the roll — handmade in Somerset, salty and unashamedly generous.
- The Sweet Pickle. It’s Branston. Yes, that Branston. Unimprovable, unapologetic, and steeped in British tradition (and a bit of treacle).
- The Piccalilli & Pickled Onions From GingerBeard’s Preserves in Bristol — fiery Ale & Chilli Piccalilli and proper Traditional Pickled Onions, made with care by Harry & Claire.
- The Palate Cleansers A seasonal English apple and a stick fresh celery — refreshing, cleansing, and proof that His Lordship is thinking of your health.
